Here’s your guide to karaoke nights in Downtown GR:
The Weekday Warm-up:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays: Head over to Z’s Bar from 10 PM – 2 AM. This lively American food spot is right in the heart of Grand Rapids and is a perfect 21+ night out.
- Wednesdays: Check out The General Woodshop at 8 PM until close. This LGBTQIA+-friendly bar offers no cover to join the weekly singing fun (21+).
A Little Bit of Everything:
- The BOB: Their karaoke is located at the BOB’s Brewery Game Room. Look for specific dates, like Oct 16, 18, 31 and Nov 1, for your chance to perform at one of GR’s largest entertainment venues!
For the Private Party:
- K-Rok Korean BBQ offers Private Karaoke Rooms. Reservations are available in 2-hour blocks for up to 12 people (Tuesday-Saturday). Just remember the 2-hour minimum and the food/drinks minimum to unlock your private stage!
Just Outside Downtown (But Worth the Trip!):
- Fulton Street Pub & Grill: Located conveniently near the GVSU Pew campus, this spot hosts karaoke Thursday – Saturday from 9 PM – 1 AM.
