Gaby’s Gourmandise

Gaby’s Gourmandise features galettes, cakes, tartes, crepes, cookies, and a variety of other classic French pastries. Savory menu items include a selection of quiche, soups, tartines, and a classic jambon beurre sandwich served on a crusty baguette. Owner Chef Gaby started the business with the dream of sharing his skills, passion for authentic food, and a desire to connect with people. It led him to opening this French pastry shop that is proud to greet all Market guests as soon as they walk through the main entrance.
