This area commemorates a plum orchard that once stood along the banks of the Grand River, and specifically three ceremonial circles of wild plum trees cultivated by the Grand River Ottawa and Chippewa. Native women came to this place for Peace, Harmony and Healing. This tree aspires to honor and reestablish this historic purpose, with the hope that future generations will know and enjoy the power of this place.
